| 22-2523 - DUTY OF OWNER OF DISEASED BEES -- PENALTY |
Any owner or keeper
of bees, knowing or being notified by the director of the existence of
foulbrood or other infectious or contagious disease in his apiary, who fails
either to comply with the instructions of the director, designed to cure said
disease, or to destroy the infected bees, hives or appliances, within the time
designated by the director, is guilty of a misdemeanor. |
