22-2211 - SHORT WEIGHT -- PENALTY
If any soil amendment or plant
amendment in the possession of the consumer is found by the director to be
short in weight, the registrant of the soil amendment or plant amendment
shall, within thirty (30) days after official notification from the
department, submit to the department a penalty payment of three (3) times the
value of the actual shortage.
