22-2018 - RESEARCH AND INVESTIGATION OF PLANT PEST PROBLEMS AND CONTROL

As deemed necessary, the director may fund research to prevent the
introduction or spread of plant pests causing or having the potential to cause
significant damage or harm in the state, and to investigate the feasibility of
their control.
