Any person who shall violate or aid in the
violation of any of the provisions of this act, unless a different penalty be
prescribed by law, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
thereof be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300) or
imprisonment for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days or both such fine and
imprisonment in the discretion of the court, and all fines collected for
violation of this act shall be paid ten percent (10%) into the state's general
fund and ninety percent (90%) into the state aeronautics fund.
