| 21-137 - CERTIFICATES OF MEMBERS -- OATH -- POLITICAL AFFILIATION -- BOND |
Each member of the board shall receive a certificate of appointment from the
governor, and before entering upon the discharge of his official duties, shall
file with the secretary of state the constitutional oath of office, to which
and as a part thereof shall be added a declaration of the political party to
which said board member belongs. Each member shall be bonded in the time, form
and manner prescribed in chapter 8, title 59, Idaho Code. |
