CONSTRUCTION OF ACT -- CITATION OF ACT -- OTHER CODE REFERENCES
CONSTRUED. This act shall be liberally construed to the end that the
legislative policy expressed herein is achieved. This act may be cited as the
"Juvenile Corrections Act of 1995." On and after the effective date of this
act, any citation in the Idaho Code to chapter 18, title 16, Idaho Code, shall
be understood and construed as a citation to chapter 5, title 20, Idaho Code,
unless the context otherwise requires. |
