20-526 - ENCOURAGING VIOLATIONS
Any person who by any act or neglect
encourages, aids or causes a juvenile to come within the purview or
jurisdiction of this chapter, or who after notice that the driving privileges
of the juvenile have been suspended or restricted under the provisions of this
chapter knowingly permits or encourages said juvenile to operate a motor
vehicle in violation of such suspension or restriction shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor. The court may impose conditions upon any person found guilty
under this section, and so long as such person shall comply therewith to the
satisfaction of the court, the sentence imposed may be suspended.
