20-523 - SCREENING TEAMS TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO COURT
In order to
provide assistance to a court in making a disposition pursuant to section
20-520, Idaho Code, a screening team composed of a county probation officer or
other investigation officer or agency designated by the court may meet and
provide a written recommendation delineating options to the court for
disposition of the case pursuant to this chapter.
