| 20-235 - CERTIFICATION AND WARRANTS FOR EXPENSES |
The chairman of the
state board of correction, or his designee, is hereby authorized to certify
all sums to be expended by said board in carrying out the purpose of this act
to the state board of examiners, and the state board of examiners, upon the
approval of said sums, shall cause the state controller to draw warrants for
the amount of the same. |
