19-3924 - MALICIOUS PROSECUTION -- JUDGMENT AGAINST PROSECUTOR
If the
prosecutor does not pay the costs, or give security therefor, the court may
enter judgment against him for the amount thereof, which may be enforced in
all respects, in the same manner as a judgment rendered in a civil action.
