19-3912 - CHALLENGE TO JURORS
The same challenges may be taken by either
party to the panel of jurors, or to any individual juror, for cause, as on the
trial of an indictment for a misdemeanor; but the challenges must in all cases
be tried by the court; the defendant is entitled to four (4) peremptory
challenges and the prosecution to four (4).
