19-2119 - DISCHARGE OF JURY FOR WANT OF JURISDICTION -- OFFENSE COMMITTED OUT OF STATE
DISCHARGE OF JURY FOR WANT OF JURISDICTION -- OFFENSE COMMITTED
OUT OF STATE. If the jury is discharged because the court has not jurisdiction
of the offense charged in the indictment, and it appears that it was committed
out of the jurisdiction of this state, the defendant must be discharged.
