18-8413 - PENALTIES FOR VIGILANTISM OR OTHER MISUSE OF INFORMATION OBTAINED UNDER THIS CHAPTER
PENALTIES FOR VIGILANTISM OR OTHER MISUSE OF INFORMATION
OBTAINED UNDER THIS CHAPTER. Any person who uses information obtained pursuant
to this chapter to commit a crime or to cause physical harm to any person or
damage to property shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, in addition to any
other punishment, shall be subject to imprisonment in the county jail for a
period not to exceed one (1) year, or by a fine not to exceed one thousand
dollars ($1,000) or both.
