| 18-5608 - HARBORING PROSTITUTES |
Any person maintaining, controlling or
supporting a house of prostitution as defined in this chapter, shall be guilty
of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not less than two (2) years nor
more than twenty (20) years, or by a fine of not less than one thousand
dollars ($1,000) nor more than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), or by both
such fine and imprisonment. |
