| 18-5605 - DETENTION FOR PROSTITUTION |
Anyone who holds, detains, or
restrains, or who attempts to hold, detain or restrain another person for the
purpose of compelling such person to engage in prostitution shall be guilty of
a felony punishable by imprisonment for not less than two (2) years nor more
than twenty (20) years, or by a fine of not less than one thousand dollars
($1,000) nor more than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), or by both such fine
and imprisonment. |
