PENALTY FOR TRANSPORTATION OF FOREST PRODUCTS WITHOUT A PERMIT,
CONTRACT, BILL OF SALE, OR PRODUCT LOAD RECEIPT. Violation of the provisions
of this act shall constitute a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, be punishable
by a fine of not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300), or by imprisonment in
the county jail not exceeding six (6) months, or both. |
