STEALING RIDES ON TRAINS -- AUTHORITY OF CONDUCTORS AND
ENGINEERS TO ARREST. Authority is hereby given to and conferred upon railroad
conductors and engineers of railroad trains, to immediately arrest, without
warrant or other process, any person or persons violating the preceding
section, and deliver such persons to any peace officer: provided, that nothing
in this section contained shall be construed to restrict the authority or duty
of the regular officer within the state of making arrests for said offense.
