Every person who ships, or causes to
be shipped, or delivers or causes to be delivered, to any railroad, express or
stage company, or to any other common carrier, for shipment as baggage or
otherwise, any loaded pistol, revolver, rifle, shotgun or other firearm, is
guilty of a misdemeanor. |
