16-1635 - IMMUNITY FROM LIABILITY
Any person appointed as a guardian ad
litem, the coordinator, or a guardian ad litem volunteer program employee
shall be personally immune from any liability for acts, omissions or errors in
the same manner as if such person were a volunteer officer or director under
the provisions of section 6-1605, Idaho Code.
