5-242 - IONIZING RADIATION INJURIES -- PURPOSE OF ACT
For purposes of
this act, "ionizing radiation" means any particulate or electromagnetic
radiation capable of producing ions directly or indirectly in its passage
through matter; provided, however, that the provisions hereof and of sections
5-243 and 5-244, Idaho Code, shall not be deemed to apply to any action or
proceeding to recover damages for professional malpractice, as defined in
section 5-219, Idaho Code.
